Hi.
I am presently just entering my second week of separation with my comlaw wife. I have tried to reconciliation but she has informed me she no longer wishes to pursue this relationship. We have purchased a house and a trailer. She has asked me what I wanted. I told her the trailer and the lot. She informed me that I need to pay her 12 thousands after her swearing and yelling. She haz accumulated a deth of 25 thousand dollars on her line of credit. What am i required to do? I believe i require your Legal advice so prevent this from becoming ugly.

My experience has shown with a number of family lawyers in the Durham Region that their main focus isn’t to help but rather to take your money. I’ve yet to hear of anyone saying how great their lawyer actually was/is.
