I am presently just entering my second week of separation with my comlaw wife. I have tried to reconciliation but she has informed me she no longer wishes to pursue this relationship. We have purchased a house and a trailer. She has asked me what I wanted. I told her the trailer and the lot. She informed me that I need to pay her 12 thousands after her swearing and yelling. She haz accumulated a deth of 25 thousand dollars on her line of credit. What am i required to do? I believe i require your Legal advice so prevent this from becoming ugly.

myself and my wife are currently fight a court battle over her children through the Durham county court system. Bea Hancock was assigned as our OCL and she is a dirt bag to say the least. Our case is so one sided it was sickening to read her report. the focus of her report was not the safety or wellbeing of the children but My past record (i’m the step dad now and ALL my experieces came in the past with a drunken ex wife but thats another story. Not only was I extorted into signing the release forms for both CAS and th OPP in our district by way of Bea Hancock threatening to have the children removed imediately if I did not comply, she also took the reports she recieved and republished them word for word. So now the record she needs consent to see she has published it for my wife’s ex to read as well as anybody he shows it to. On paper I look like an animal. But I have answered my accussers and paid my price. She has stepped overboard by making such private informationpublic. Also she has convienently left out information and police reports regarding my wife’s ex and his numerous run ins with police and fore officals. Okay this is gettign winded. In short we need soom help to take down the BEAst. She can no longer by a member of our government supplied Childrens defense tema as she doesn’t have the best intrest of the children in mind. only her own agenda. My wife and myself have concluded that she must be jealous over other peoples happiness as she has been divorced 3 times and reams a cold bitter lonley soul. Any information regarding trials or outcomes concerning Bea Hancock would be greatly appreciated. thanks for your time.
